Advertising and Marketing Initiatives
What is the difference between Marketing and Advertising? A good question and the to are undoubtedly inextricably linked. We, like a lot of Estate Agents spend a huge amount of our budget on direct advertising on the homes we are trying to sell. For North Cornwall the majority of our advertising is concentrated in the following publications where we regularly advertise:

The Royal Cornwall Show - This is Cornwall's premier Show and considered one of the best agricultural Shows in the Country. We had a very successful Exhibition at the show with Gascoignes Internation, Our Partners who are selling international properties, last June and will be doing so again in 2004 where we are able to offer properties and our services to literally tens of thousands of people during the three days of the Show.

Leaflet Drops
Twice a year coinciding with our busiest times [Spring & Autumn] and our Surrey Exhibitions we produce a full colour quality brochure for door to door delivery via the Royal Mail. We sometimes advertise within this and sometimes use them as a tool to update North Cornish people with a market review generally.

Brochures
Estate Agents Details have developed enormously over the past few years. Gone are the days of black and white photocopies and stick on colour photographs. We now have truly entered the digital age! We are now able to offer our clients a variety of brochure types varying in style and size according to our clients wishes, property size and number of photographs required.

One Step Ahead
We are always trying to think of new ideas to stand out from the crowd and try to be innovative and eye catching. This helps us stay ahead of our competitors and our clients as we hopefully sell more Houses for the best possible price. We always try to regularly refurbish our Offices with top of the range lightning and displays with our Padstow Office having recently recived a complete make-over. Our 'For Sale' signs are unique and stand out from the crowd, no one can miss them.

Cinema Advertising
Perhaps our most controversial and talked about advertisement is at the Wadebridge Cinema. We still do not know if we regret it or not, but one thing is for sure, through our embarrassment so many people remember it and this is surely a sign of a good advertisement.
