Cole, Rayment and White's Wadebridge office is fronted by Jeff Cole, a chartered Surveyor and spokesperson for the RICS in North Cornwall. Jeff has been in Estate Agency since leaving college in 1983 where he worked in Liskeard and moved toWadebridge in 1986. He fully qualified in February 1990 and has been practicing in the Wadebridge area since 1986.
He is ably assisted by Jason George who is now an associate partner. Jason's family are also well known having lived in Dunmere all his younger life he is now married with two young children and has been estate agency for 12 years and has been with Cole Rayment & White since January 1999. We then have two further full-time member of staff, Tina Dodd who has been with us since 1993 and Jane Walton who has been in Estate Agency since 1987. Tina lives in Bodmin and Jane lives in Wadebridge with her husband and two children and both know the area extremely well. On Saturdays and for holiday cover we have Julie Jeff's who live at Tintagel with her husband and children and Beth Cargill who lives here in Wadebridge and have both been with us since 1998. Last but not least we must not forget our auctioneer Malcolm Cole who has been a practicing chartered surveyor [not retired] but carries out our public auctions and also covers for holidays and sickness and is very well known in the area of North Cornwall.
