The historic harbour town of Padstow is a delight with its fleet of fishing vessels, colourful buildings and narrow streets. The town sits on the western side of the Camel Estuary and offers a delightful range of character houses and cottages surrounding the quaint harbour being a major draw to visitors throughout the year.
Whilst walking around the delightful town you will find Padstow’s historic Parish Church, Prideaux Place which is open to the public and has been the ancestral home of the Prideaux family since 1554. The town also boasts a variety of Shops, Inns and Restaurants including Rick Stein’s famous Seafood Restaurant.
The surrounding area has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty with many visitors enjoying the magnificent coastal walks, the superb sandy beaches and the surrounding countryside.
