Rock was the 2nd office to be opened by Cole Rayment & White and was originally located at the village institute. We are now centrally located within the village opposite the well known Rock Bakery and Watts the family butcher. Charles Rayment is the resident partner with 27 years experience of estate agency, 21 years of which have been here in Cornwall.
The Rock office has been developed over the years by providing a professional and personal service to all clients and we feel this is very important if we are to understand the varying requirements of our client base in both residential sales and self catering holiday accommodation. Ably assisting Charles , Linda Armitage is our full time member of staff principally in charge of the holiday letting department and Linda is assisted by Jenny Lugg on a part time basis.
Set in the heart of Rock near Wadebridge, a highly attractive holiday resort, the office caters for both residential property sales and holiday letting for over 50 properties in the area. [See our Self-Catering Holidays section above].
